Located 25 miles north of Bemidji Minnesota, this little town is considered the hub to the great outdoors of northern Minnesota. Blackduck is next to the northwest edge of the Chippewa National Forest and in Blackduck State Forest. The town is near 600 lakes, 1.5 million acres of public forest land, and hundreds of miles of snowmobile and cross country trails in local and surrounding areas parks/trails
The city of Blackduck has a population of 800 people. The town has all the amenities for visitors who plan on staying for a day or want to relocate. This area is considered an outdoorsman's paradise with all of the natural resources there are to offer. If you want to visit the Northwoods of Minnesota but not be too far from civilization, this is the place to be!
