The Center provides a "stepping back in time" experience that can be enjoyed by area residents as well as tourists and visitors to the area. Check out the one-room home, the railroad and logging display, the early schoolroom and many other exhibits to feel that nostalgia for days gone by. The TIN PAN gALLErY, co-located with the history center, is an outlet for area artists to showcase their work.

Held the last Saturday in July, the Woodcarvers Festival showcases wood working crafts of all kinds from craftsman across the nation. Come and see a huge variety of arts and crafts and great food!
