City Officials & Committees
Blackduck has a mayor-council form of government. The city council consists of a mayor and four council members, who are elected at large. The mayor serves a two-year term, and the council members serve four-year terms.
City Council elections are held in conjunction with the general election held in even numbered years. Every two years, two council seats and the mayoral seat are up for election.
